Delete your Futer account
You can ask us to delete your account and all your data at any time, whether or not you still have the app installed.
This is permanent
Deletion cannot be undone. There is no grace period and no way to recover the account afterwards.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes:
- Your profile: name, photo, bio, city and position
- Your match sign-ups, past and upcoming
- Any matches you created
- Your ELO rating and your full result history
- Your followers, who you follow, and your crew memberships
- Your login and your email address
How long it takes
If you do it from your account, deletion is immediate. If you email us because you can no longer sign in, we respond within 30 days at the latest.
If you can still sign in
This is the fastest route and needs no one on our side.
If you can no longer sign in
Email us from the address you signed up with and we will process the deletion manually.
